Cancellation or rescheduling of an event
As a ticket outlet we sell tickets on behalf of the organizer. We have no influence over cancellations and the rescheduling of events. We nevertheless endeavour to immediately announce any changes to events that organizers inform us of. This takes place, if possible, by e-mail.
At the same time you'll find a link below "Changes and cancellations" on the left side of our home page. All changes we are aware of are listed there.
However, we recommend that you also watch out for announcements made on the radio and TV- and to press releases.

Seat selection
After choosing the date please select the number of tickets in the price category you want. Seats can be selected either in the seating plan (if approved by the organizer) or by Best Available Booking.
Once you have selected the number of tickets in the category you have chosen you can then, if necessary, select a discount (e.g. senior, pupil, etc.) under "Ticket types".
If you would like to buy the selected tickets click on the blue "Cart" button on the right below.
Cookies
Cookies are small units of text sent by the server and saved into a folder by your browser.
Ticket Online uses cookies for technical reasons to manage the workflow in the Ticket Online ordering system.
This is how we can best insure the confidentiality of your personal data and the functioning of the ordering process. All session-ID relevant cookies at Ticket Online are temporary. The session ID-relevant cookies will be removed automatically once you quit your browser.
Data protection
All personal data such as delivery address or credit card information is transferred and saved in encrypted form. Your data is used for order processing only. You will not receive unsolicited advertising.
Encryption is done using an SSL connection with 128-bit key. By doing so, your data is securely transferred via state-of-the-art technology and is protected from being misused by others.

Always specify your order number. You can find it in the Subject line of the confirmation e-mail sent to you by Ticket Online.
Gift cards
Our gift cards are valid for three years and can be redeemed for any events offered by Ticket Online.

Gift wrapping and card
On request we will send you your tickets tastefully gift wrapped along with a card in the design of your choice.

Delivery times
For orders made by credit card, PayPal or sofortüberweisung.de delivery is approx. 2 business days.
If your order is received by 12:00 noon on a business day it will be sent on the same day.
For orders paid by direct debit or bank transfer ticket delivery will take place only after payment is received in our account.
Please note that this may take up to 6 business days.

It's easy to subscribe to our event feeds. It's simple, free and you can choose what interests you.
Order cancellation/changes
It is only possible to cancel the order for purchased tickets if the event is cancelled or rescheduled. Order cancellations or changes are generally not possible for other reasons.
Ticket cancellation insurance
We recommend buying ticket cancellation insurance.
This covers the refund of the ticket price, e.g. in case of unexpected, serious illness, serious accidental injury or pregnancy. It is only possible to buy ticket insurance on the day the tickets are purchased. There is otherwise no insurance protection.

We offer you several options for finding the event you want:
The search field:
Do you already know which event you want to see? Enter the name of the event you want as a search term and then click "Search".
Category search:
Do you already know which category the event should be in and would like to get information about what we are offering in the category you want? Then select the category you want from among "Show", "Musicals", "Concerts", "Comedy", "Sport", "Culture", "Leisure" or "A to Z".
Looking for events near you:
Would you like to know what events are taking place near you? Then click on the name of the city you want.
If you would like to search in more detail or further limit the number of search results displayed, fill in the appropriate fields under "Advanced search" and click "Search" to have the new results displayed to you in a list.
Delivery options and delivery charges
The prices for tickets offered on the internet include ticket sales fees and handling charges as well as VAT.
In addition, there may also be a delivery fee for each order transaction, the amount of which you can determine by selecting the corresponding delivery option.
Payment options
You have the opportunity of choosing from among a variety of payment options at Ticket Online. We accept payment via direct debit, bank transfer, credit card, PayPal and sofortüberweisung.de.
Unfortunately, not all payment options are available for every event. This depends on what is specified by each organizer and the time remaining until the event date.
You should also take more time into account when ordering by direct debit or by invoice to be paid by bank transfer, because the tickets will be sent only after payment is received.
