Handling of personal and anonymous data
In data protection law personal data refers to all information that permit an inference to an individual person. This is primarily your name, address and telephone number. But non-personal information in combination with other data can also represent personal data.
In contrast, anonymous data is information that does not permit inference to a specific person.
When visiting our web sites without initiating the ordering process we record no personal data whatsoever. Only as part of the ordering process do we record in our customer files your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address via the order form as well as the data required for the preferred method of payment.
You will receive a customer number from us that you can conveniently use for your next order without having to enter your address info once again. Should you not consent to this, we will at your request delete all data after the ordering process is completed.
Should you in addition subscribe to our newsletter, we will store the data submitted to us for the duration of your subscription.
All data is used exclusively by us internally and will not be transferred to others. Without your consent personal data will be used exclusively to carry out the terms of the contract, e.g. for billing and delivery purposes.
Apart from this ordering process we only use anonymous data that does not permit inference to you as a person.
