Comprehensive services for event organisers, event facilities and resellers

Ticket Online provides assistance to event organisers, event facilities and resellers with comprehensive, individual marketing and support services. Our Ticket Online TO 30 reservation software takes centre stage here. It allows all relevant data for an event to be recorded in a central database and permits ticket sales via a variety of distribution channels (online portals, ticket outlet networks, reservation centres).

As a full-service provider, on request Ticket Online’s professional event services can take over all of the steps related to arranging and carrying out events. This includes, among other things, arranging seating plans, the design of admission tickets, payment collection, etc. It is also possible for a simple ticket shop or complete event information to be integrated into the event organiser’s web site.

DATA SECURITY writ large

The security demands made on data centres and IT systems are formidable. These include access controls, data centre system stability during current fluctuations or even a power failure. Multiple redundancy of central components such as network connections, servers and applications is on hand to ensure uninterrupted operation for customers. Ticket Online has it’s online systems checked by an independent certificate authority on a daily basis and regularly audited for PCI-DSS compliance. Ticket Online also emphasises security and quality for its partners. The data centre operator is accordingly certified for compliance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 27001, among others.

Ticket Online Software GmbH founded with main offices in Berlin.

1998
Start of business operations and expansion of a distribution network across Germany with branch offices in Hamburg and Munich.

2000
Entry into direct marketing via www.ticketonline.com. BILNET Sp. z.o.o. ticketing company founded in Poland.

2003
Ticket Online achieves ticket volume of approx. 20 million tickets in its own network and distributes a total of more than 26 million tickets via TO Software. The company has firmly established itself as a leading system operator for tickets in Germany.

2005
On 1st June 2005 Ticket Online becomes a fully-owned subsidiary of Stage Entertainment GmbH with main offices in Hamburg. BILNET is renamed Ticket Online Polska Sp. z o.o.

2006
Cooperation with Amadeus Event Tickets and entry into the distribution of tickets in the tourist segment. 

2007
Relocation of main company offices from Berlin to Hamburg. The decentral distribution structure with further offices in Berlin, Braunschweig, Dortmund, Frankfurt/Main and Munich is retained.
Cooperation with TUI, Europe's leading tour operator, and expansion of distribution to tourist segment.

Austria Ticket Online Ges. m. b. H. renamed to Ticket Online Austria GmbH.

The various corporate holdings and ticketing activities of the Stage Group are combined into the enterprise Stage Ticketing International. The group unites the companies Ticket Online in Germany, Poland and Austria; Top Ticket Line in the Netherlands, France, Spain, Russia, the Belgian Ticket company sherpa.be.

2008
On 31st January 2008 newly created Stage Ticketing International takes over British company SEE Tickets, the number 2 on the British ticket market.

Top Ticket Line Deutschland becomes an integral component of Ticket Online Software GmbH as Ticket Online Sales & Service Center. TO 30 software replaces the old Elektra reservation system at Top Ticket Line.

On the occasion of the user meeting in Göttingen Ticket Online celebrates its 10 years of existence with customers and partners.

Sept. 22, 2008: Announcement of Parcom Capital's majority interest. The parent company is now called See Tickets International and has its main offices in Amsterdam.
